Gordon Meese believes all mistakes should be corrected, none more egregious than the location of the border between New Mexico and Texas. His meticulous research, coupled with his relentless insistence that the 103rd meridian is the accurate boundary line, lands him in the middle of the desert… and in some embarrassing hot water.
