Timothy Rizzi, a lover of history and things that fly, is one of the world's foremost civilian experts on Stealth Technology. He began researching the "invisible airplane" ever since first hearing a vague official announcement about it in 1980, and has spent the last three years researching and writing Nighstalker, his first novel.
