Summer of the Eagle — Susan Edwards

Blaze is an outcast. The most powerful healer in her tribe, she uses her impossible abilities only for good, but even that has alienated her fellow Sioux. She herself fears some of the things she can do.

But the winds of destiny are rising, sweeping Blaze toward freedom and others of her kind.
