Jack Brown and The Trail of the Python — Greg Pyers

After escaping from the clutches of Denver Wolf, Jack and Molly return to Australia and the sanctuary of City Zoo. But GI agent Mark Staines pays them an unexpected visit with information that Wolf is on his way to Australia to track them down. Jack and Molly are to lie low, and contact Staines when Wolf shows up. But when Jack encounters a huge python in the zoo garden, events take an unexpected turn, for in that moment when the snake's eyes meet his, Jack has his first inkling that something sinister is going on at City Zoo.
