When the U.S. and Russia become locked in a deadly power struggle over a small Caribbean island, AXE sends in agent Nick Carter to tip the scales.

But this will be no easy win. Valuable ore beneath the island's surface makes it a crucial possession, and Russian sympathizers are close to winning a bloody civil war.
