For those who've read the full series, it's glaringly obvious when an author makes a mistake with their facts. I suppose it's more apt to happen when each book is written by a different author, but it's still annoying.
At one point in the book, Crystal and Sloan are discussing Homer Gilmore and a statement is made that Gilmore has no known children or family. But in book 9 of the series, Father Found, Moriah Gilmore discovers her father.
This just breaks the momentum out of the book, and I just can't get past it. Come on authors; if you're going to use characters from other books, let's keep the story line accurate.
Same goes for Winona Cobbs; she's described differently in a number of books, giving a totally different visual of her mental state.
