New Nurse at St. Benedicts — Lilian Chisholm

Although nurse Ruth Chalmers was happy working at the cottage hospital, she was delighted to accept the challenge offered by a new job at the celebrated St. Benedicts. She flung herself wholeheartedly into her new job and was rewarded -- she thought -- when the distinguished consultant Oliver Haston began taking a marked interest in her.
