For the Sake of the Children — June Francis

Violet Kilshaw is killed in a tragic accident and fifteen-year-old Rosie is determined to keep the family together. Rosie's father had died some years previously so she doesn't expect his family to help in any way. She is amazed when members from both her mother and father's families turn up.
