KEEPING SECRETS. . .
Dear Diary,
I did it! I am the first person in our school to get 100% on the history exam. So next Friday, it's going to be "Mary-Kate Burke Day," and I'm going to get an award! But the best part is that Dad is flying in from South America to be there. I was so excited. . .then I discovered the awful truth. My test was graded wrong -- I didn't get 100%. Should I tell?

Dear Diary,
I'm going to throw Mary-Kate a surprise party for her award. Mary-Kate thinks the party is for our friend, Lavender. Mary-Kate is even helping me plan it. But here's the problem: everything Mary-Kate is picking out for Lavender is the total opposite of what Mary-Kate likes. Help! I'm going to end up surprising my sister -- with a party she will hate!
