News travels slow sometimes on the frontier -- but rumor spreads faster than fire through a hayloft. So when the Gunsmith reads a newspaper story about the death of his old friend Buckskin Frank Leslie, Clint aims to uncover the truth. He hooks up with another old saddle partner to follow a trail of rumors...a trail that leads him into a mess of trouble.
