Born in Aberdeen, Scotland, the daughter of a Polish army officer and a Scottish business woman, Jennifer Bacia came to Australia as a child.
After finishing her degree at Queensland University she worked in the fields of education, public relations and corporate management.
She has lived in Rome, London and Los Angeles and has travelled widely in the Far East and former Eastern Bloc countries. She now divides her time between Europe and Australia.
As a successful candidate for the Australian Film Television and Radio School, she is also developing her skills as a screenwriter.
