Doctor Matthew — Hazel Fisher

Sympathy is the last thing the recently widowed Emma Nichols wants when she takes a job as nurse-receptionist at a busy health centre. And sympathy is the last thing she gets from Dr Matthew Scofield, a man who, she soon discovers, has troubles enough of his own. Although at first the only emotion they seem to generate is hate, Emma and Dr Matthew soon realise how easily they could solve each other's problems-and how easily their hate could turn to love.
