Conrad can't make up his mind about Lexie. There are good days when he thinks they can make it work, but there are bad days when he feels hopeless. Unsure what to do, he stalls. But then Lexie shows up at his door with something important to say.

Cayson and Skye are in a living hell. Their son is unable to breathe on his own, and there's no guarantee he ever will. They remain at his bedside and keeping hoping for some good news.

Trinity fears having a baby will change her body so much that Slade won't want her anymore. The stretch marks will turn him off, or the extra weight will dim his attraction. But when she asks Slade about it, he gives her a response she never could have anticipated.

At the end of a show, Slade gets a special visitor. But instead of telling his wife what happened, he keeps it to himself.
