Since the age of 18 she worked in a succession of secretarial positions in companies as diverse as a BMW car dealership to the BBC. She moved to rural Hertfordshire in 1985, where she has lived in a small village ever since with her husband, children, dogs and cats. Although Dani has been writing for fun all her life, was when her two children grew up and left home, Dani set about turning this dream into reality and devoted her time to writing.
