A respected professor is discovered floating in the lake that adjoins both an exclusive country club and the estates of some of the county's oldest residents. Everyone loved Alan, so who could possibly have wanted him dead? Unfortunately, as Ardis Jensen discovers, a lot of people, including his second wife. Then, one of the suspects ends up dead as well, and Ardis receives threatening notes and phone calls that make it clear she could be next.
