Koru and Koura — Thomas Edwards

The Jinimaru are a race of humanoid-like felines on an evolutionary par with Humans. They are still primitive in appearance, but their cognitive abilities and guile are far more advanced than what we may see on the surface. One such ability is the telling of tales, many which are based on fact within their culture. In KORU & KOURA we explore a tale spun around the mythos of Gods and Demons; the siblings of life and death, Koru and Koura. A forest is being destroyed for urban settlements on a small island in China, stirring an ancient Jinimaru deity into vengeance, whilst it is up to a young cub to stop him. Can Koru save the islanders from Koura's poisonous hatred?
