Annie Phillips didn't even know she was adopted, so learning she'd been abandoned in a trash bin sends her reeling. Debra Noble is the first television reporter on the scene when Annie disappears. Her motives seem to go beyond those of a journalist, though, and Jennie suspects Debra knows something of Annie's past. Does she know where Annie is?
