SIX-GUNS FROM HELL
When Matt Bodine and his blood brother Sam Two Wolves headed into the small cowtown of Crossville close by Devil Creek, all they wanted was to stock up on vittles and give their weary mounts a breather. But they found themselves in the middle of the biggest damn range war west of the Big Muddy that had literally cut the town in two. The warm' factions had set up camp on either side of Main Street...and the two newcomers found themselves ridin' into town on a deserted strip of no man's land where anything was liable to happen anytime -- and in a few'moments probably would!
Bonded by the Cheyenne ritual that made them as one. Matt and Sam were Brothers of the Wolf -- and carried the ceremonial scars to prove it. To them, the Devil Creek war made no sense. It wasn't over land or water or cattle rustlin', but about a wedding...and a long-hidden secret no one would talk about. The boys figgered it'd be best to pull out of town and drift when suddenly both sides ordered them out -- and that was a big mistake. Matt and Sam decided to stick around even if doin' so meant gunplay. Because nobody ordered Matt Bodine and Sam Two Wolves out of any town. Nobody!
