Priscilla Parker's mother had it all wrong! Priscilla wasn't engaged. She didn't even have a promising prospect. But Prriscilla couldn't bear to disappoint her mother, so she asked her best friend, handsome, fun-loving Rick Lowrimore, to help fulfill her mother's romantic fantasy.
