really liked this book. I loved Tyler and the fact that he immediately acted when he discovered he was a father.

Miranda, on the other hand...I really did not like her. I couldn't feel sorry for her and thought she was way too hard on Tyler. She expected way too much from Tyler and was forgiven way too easily for what she had done. My ex wasn't nearly as nice as Tyler, yet I was knew he had the right to know he was a father. What he did with that info was up to him - and he ran...Miranda really made me mad with her trying to "protect" her son from Tyler. Why??? Did he ever do anything to make her believe he wouldn't be a good father? SHE is the one that walked out on Tyler. SHE is the one that chose to hide the truth from both Tyler AND her son...and that was inexcusable!!!

Enough on her. I enjoyed how this book ended. I knew in my heart that Tyler would never make it to his destination - that he'd realize what was important, and he didn't disappoint me!!!

Of course I figured out the mystery of the dolphin in the third book with what Miranda's father said, but I still enjoyed reading about it...
