Fidel Castro is dead of a sudden heart attack. The Russians, anxious to regain their influence in the Western hemisphere, are about to install their stooge, Caesar Valles, as the new President of Cuba. Only the members of La Causa, a dedicated group of Cuban patriots, know that Valles is an enemy of the people.
