Harlequin author Maggie Cox loved to write as soon as she learned to read. Throughout her years, her imagination has been a constant companion. She has spent many happy hours daydreaming and making up stories in her head. As she worked through her secretarial career, she kept writing stories for her enjoyment alone. It wasn’t until she met her second husband that she felt she could share her stories with a publisher. She chose Harlequin Mills & Boon because she had been reading their romances since she was a teenager. After several rejections, she sold her first book in 2002. She continues to write for Harlequin and strives to grow and become “the best writer she can.”
