The genocide of 'The Killing Fields' has stopped and a new government is in power, but the Khmer Rouge continues its murderous fight. A band of mercenaries join the Cambodian troops in a mission to destroy the Khmer Rouge, but ability of the newly-trained soldiers is yet to be tested.
